  • All our open positions are posted on our Career page. We only accept online applications. After clicking on the Apply link, you will be taken to an application form where you fill out your personal information, Linkedin, reply to some evaluation questions, attach your CV and record a video (it’s optional but we highly appreciate getting to know you more at an early stage). We consider applications on a rolling basis and do our very best to keep our candidates updated.

  • We always aim to conduct as efficient and quality-assured recruitment processes as possible.

    You will start off by doing logic and psychometric tests through our partner Alva Labs.

    The second step is a competency based interview, followed by a CEO interview to present a business case.

    The last step is a reference check and a shorter conversation about our company culture and what we can offer you. We also offer the possibility to meet the team before making your decision.

    We do Tuesdays at the office, monthly townhalls and bi-yearly conferences, meaning that we would like you to travel to Stockholm on a regular basis if you live outside the capital.
