You will start off by doing logic and psychometric tests through our partner Alva Labs.

The second step is a competency based interview, followed by a CEO interview to present a business case.

The last step is a reference check and a shorter conversation about our company culture and what we can offer you. We also offer the possibility to meet the team before making your decision.

We are proud of being a company with a diverse international team, and we communicate in English among ourselves and with our clients.

We require our team members to be located somewhere in Sweden.

We do Tuesdays at the office, monthly townhalls and bi-yearly conferences, meaning that we would like you to travel to Stockholm on a regular basis if you live outside the capital.

Not as this point unfortunately. If you wish to work with us, you will need to relocate to Sweden by yourself.
